Hang Ten Yoga: Making Waves in the Surfing World

March 29 2014 Categories: News

You may remember us introducing Emma’s company Hang Ten Yoga back in the January blog post: Hang Ten Yoga: Yoga For Surfers. In that blog post we introduced Emma and the benefits of yoga both for health and surfing performance.

It’s good to see that she has now got an article in the latest Surf Girl Magazine, on the selves since yesterday.

Triocean Surf’s very own Dave has been going regularly (once a week), and has already noticed a massive difference with his flexibility and wellbeing. He mentions that he feels so good, healthy and relaxed after each session that he has to go to the Crabshell and have 10 pints. Obviously he doesn’t have 10 pints, but after he’s had couple, the wave he surfed doubles in size, the fish he caught doubles in size etc etc…

Emma is running a specialist yoga class for surfers on Saturday 11th January from 9:30 – 10:45 at the Hen House, Kingsbridge.

The session will cost you £10, and all equipment will be provided. Just turn up in some comfortable clothing and get ready to start improving your surfing.
