Finally Time For A Surf
So it looks like there are some waves today and for the rest of the week!
It’s finally time to get those boards waxed and ready to head to the beach.

This Luke Young shortboard has been designed with a super low entry rocker, whilst carrying decent volume and width on the nose. Thus making this board a dream to paddle, getting you onto waves much earlier and quicker. The natural to mid tail rocker allows this high volume board to perform better than a fish; putting it more into the ‘performance board’ brackets.
The deep single concave through to slight double in the fins transitioning to a light vee in the tail to aid the wide vulcan move from rail to rail; this is helped with the rounded tail.
Extremely full deck volume gives the Vulcan the most possible buoyancy without compromising performance.
This board has been designed with a 5 fin Futures set-up, giving this board full versatility.
Features:
This board will come supplied with composite Futures fins, however a recommended fin upgrade for this board would be the Lost MB2 5 fin setup
The MB2 is an upright fin with a thicker tip, for manoeuvrability and hold on the rails. These fins are also flat foiled, allowing better control of speed – They are designed with larger surfers or boards in mind.
In basic terms, as a quad setup with these fins, this board will fly. Just ask our very own Dave Grover – he’s got one himiself!
