All of our polyester resin and all other haz-chem (ie. wax-in-styrene) shipments are shipped with the correct labels and abide by the applicable laws and regulations.
We can only ship polyester surfboard resin and other haz-chem materials to mainland UK

Our cloth can be shipped in 2 ways – folded (for repairs) and rolled (for surfboard shaping).
Folded cloth falls under our Standard Delivery terms but for rolled cloth the charges are as follows:
Rolled cloth – additional £10 on top of other shipping rates
Bulky items are items such as surfboards, surfboard blanks, stand up paddleboards, paddles, bodyboards, kayaks etc.

Yes, that’s right – you’ve got 30 days! As long as the item* and it’s packaging is undamaged and unused you can return your item to us for a refund up to 30 days after your purchase date:
All items are checked before being dispatched. If any damage is noticed on arrival, please sign accordingly if asked for a signature. Please contact us via email and/or phone as soon as possible to arrange return and replacement of your item/s if required. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or a refund on any item where the product packaging has been removed or damaged. This is because we cannot then sell the returned item as new. Wetsuits and accessories can be tried on for fit and returned as long as they are in their original state when returned; this includes having all tags in place as when the product was sent to you.
