An extremely fun way to improve your surfing, paddle-boarding or general balance, stability and core strength.
The goal is to ride the Indo Board as long as possible whilst on the provided rollers. This will fire up your core and leg muscles, which will improve your stability, balance and core strength.
This is a great tool for a pre-surf warm up, or just to strengthen the core muscles used with surfing or Stand-Up Paddleboarding.
