Coronavirus (COVID-19)

During this uncertain time, we want to make it clear that we are doing everything we can to keep our staff and our customers safe, while adhering to all government guidelines and taking further precautions that we think are necessary.

Our physical shop (Churchstow, Kingsbridge) now CLOSED as of Tuesday 05/01/2021, following government guidelines. Our online shop remains open and we are fulfilling all orders while taking additional safety measures to keep everyone safe.

Now that we are closed, we are operating a click and collect service – items can be purchased online, with an option for “click and collect” on the checkout page. We will contact you regarding collection times once the order has been processed. Please email the shop if you have any issues (info@trioceansurf.co.uk)

The safety of our staff and our customers is of the utmost importance to us during this time and we will continue to review the situation along with government guidelines and as the situation changes, so might the way we operate.

Can I still speak to a member of the Triocean Surf team?

Of course. You can email us (info@trioceansurf.co.uk) or call us (01548 854676), however we are recommending customers send us an email during this time as our phone line might not be manned all the time during our normal opening hours.

Is your shop in Churchstow, Kingsbridge open?

No. Following government guidelines our physical shop is now CLOSED as of Tuesday 05/01/2021. Please email us if you have any questions.

Is your online shop still open and can I place an order?

Absolutely. We are still fulfilling all online orders new and old and will continue to do so until the situation changes.

What happens with my delivery if I’m self-isolating or a vulnerable person?

Delivery companies across the UK are taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe. If you are self-isolating, a vulnerable person or have any concerns we recommend putting a note on your door to make delivery drivers aware so that they can make you aware of your delivery while leaving it on your doorstep for you to collect. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

Do I still need to sign for my delivery?

Most delivery companies are now operating an automatic signing process whereby they do not need you to sign for your delivery yourself. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
