Xtra Foam Surfboard Blanks are made in South Africa using a proven blend of imported chemicals made up of long lasting, high tensile, lightweight polyurethane foam. The plugs are technically up to date, do not twist and have uniform density throughout, therefore extra hard and tough. No "after-growth" or swelling, whiter than white and easy to shape.

Through the years Rod McDonald has created a surfboard blank that expresses these qualities. Xtra Foam Surfboard Blanks maintain a very tight and even cell structure through the surfboard blank which gives the blank many positive attributes:-
