Surfboard Blanks

Xtra Foam Surfboard Blanks are made in South Africa using a proven blend of imported chemicals made up of long lasting, high tensile, lightweight polyurethane foam. The plugs are technically up to date, do not twist and have uniform density throughout, therefore extra hard and tough. No "after-growth" or swelling, whiter than white and easy to shape.

Xtra Foam Surfboard Blanks operates with one goal in mind - to create a high quality, durable foam surfboard blank that is easy to shape. Through the years Rod McDonald has created a surfboard blank that expresses these qualities. Xtra Foam Surfboard Blanks maintain a very tight and even cell structure through the surfboard blank which gives the blank many positive attributes:-

• It creates an easier foam surfboard blank to shape   
• The surfboard blank absorbs less resin during lamination. This promotes a lighter final product.
• Surfboard shapers and surfers have found the final product to be highly durable and reponsive.
