What board ? I'm an improver, male /female
Well, if you're an improver ie. you can stand up, trim, feel confident in bigger surf, can duck dive, and have decided that surfing is your life & nothing else matters you have the choice of all our boards so please browse through the store or call for advise...
Rule of thumb is 'Don't be narrow minded'. The BEST surfers are those who embrace all forms of surfing...Don't knock bodyboarders , have a go, shortboards are good as are longboards...they just do different things in the salty stuff.
The key is 'have fun' surfing..If you're day is judged by how many people you shouted at, then find another sport..Receive advise from your peers, offer advise when you feel you have reached a standard.
We all have a right to be out in the waves, just observe the basic safety rules & life will be good.
