All transaction information passed between our website and Protx is encrypted securely. No card holder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to or from Protx are signed to prevent tampering, nothing passed to the Protx system can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Once in the Protx system, all sensitive data is secured. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and Protx are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Taking Payment
Money is only transferred from your account once we have received you order and are certain we are able to fulfill your order. You will receive confirmation of the order having been sent for processing and payment being completed via e-mail. If there are an problems we will contact you before proceeding.
